Freelance DevOps project for a company in Scotland based on Microsoft Azure technologies.
Created a brand new “quality assurance” environment by duplicating the Azure SQL Servers, migrating and anonymizing the data and setup new Web Apps, Azure Functions and Application Insight.
Also setup of the Azure DevOps continuous integration and continuous deployment by creating build and release pipelines for the new environment.

Working with product managers and designers, led a team of developers in the ongoing development of the platform over 12 years initially in ASP.Net 2.0 WebForms with C# and successfully migrated to ASP.Net 4.6 using SQL Server databases with Full Text Search and CLR procedures.

Migrated hosting from hot metal data centre to Microsoft Azure platform infrastructure.

Extended the scope of the Intranet Platform to deliver Digital Asset Management and eLearning capabilities.
